“No Refund” Policy Regarding Digital Assets

All Sales are Final

MyPM sells digital assets in the form of electronic books (eBooks) and electronic templates (eTemplates.) Once purchased and downloaded, digital assets cannot be returned. We offer NO REFUNDS regarding the sale of our digital assets.

We have invested substantially in the production of our digital assets. By implementing this no return policy, we maintain our production costs. This allows us to offer our digital assets at the lowest possible prices.

Regardless of our pricing structure, it is our intent to meet your expectations. For this reason, we thoroughly describe each digital asset on the relevant product page. We ask that you please take time to read the descriptions, before making a purchase.

We commit to delivering the digital assets you purchase. For this reason, we offer replacement files, as outlined below.

Replacement of Missing or Damaged Files

In the two circumstances described below, we offer replacement files. 

1.  THE FILE DID NOT DOWNLOAD AT PURCHASE

If the file did not download at purchase, we will provide you with a replacement file. Please email us within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Our email address is  info@mypmllc.com.

Please follow these instructions:

  • In the subject line, please include “Unsuccessful Download.”
  • In the body of the email, please provide your name.
  • Please also provide the name of the digital file you purchased.

If your request is received within three (3) business days from the date of purchase, and it complies with the instructions above, we will reply with an apology and a replacement file.

Typically, our response time is within 1 business day.

2.  THE PURCHASED FILE IS DAMAGED

Please review your file after downloading it. In the event a file is damaged, we will provide you with a replacement file. Please email us within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Our email address is  info@mypmllc.com.

Please follow these instructions:

  • In the subject line, please include “Damaged File.”
  • In the body of the email, please provide your name.
  • Please also provide the name of the item you purchased and the purchase date.
  • Please attach your copy of the damaged file.

If your request is emailed to us within three (3) business days from the date of purchase, and it complies with the instructions above, we will reply with an apology and a replacement file.

Typically, our response time is within 1 business day.
