This Resource Commitment Form template is a project document designed to secure the commitment of a potential project team member. Frequently, the commitment is obtained from the project team member’s functional manager. This commitment is an acknowledgement that the project team member’s current work responsibilities must be re-assigned during his or her performance of project work.
