Activity List Template
This one-page Activity List template captures all project activities in one location. It supports project schedule management.
This Activity List template is a project document that lists all project activities. It’s developed to support a wide range of project types and sizes. Specifically, this template:
- begins with a section that captures relevant project information;
- provides for documenting the WBS ID, activity name, and a detailed activity description;
- prompts the Project Manager to record the person to whom the activity is assigned for completion; and
- includes a section to track the status of completion.
Who Creates the Activity List?
Most often, the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the activity list. Of course, doing so accounts for the input of various project team members, other stakeholders, and the project sponsor.
