Full-time, Permanent Employees

We value fresh ideas, focused energy and pleasant personalities; therefore, we provide all full-time, permanent employees with a total of twenty five (25) paid days off. That’s right. Twenty five! Here’s how they break down:
Vacation Days – New employees start with ten business days or two weeks paid vacation.
Personal Days – Enjoy two paid personal days per year. Use them however you would like. They’re personal.

Sick Days – Take three paid sick days per year.

Celebration Day – Receive one paid celebration day per year. Enjoy the day off to celebrate whatever you want.
Holidays – Full-time permanent employees receive nine paid days off in celebration of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Partnership
Review
Full-time permanent employees who are members of either the executive management team, the project management group or the proposal writing group receive a review for partnership upon completion of their third year.
Travel Reimbursement Reimbursement for miles traveled in serving our clients.
Professional Reimbursement Reimbursement for the costs incurred in maintaining certain professional memberships and certifications.
Training All kinds of training to further your professional growth.
Unpaid Sabbaticals Every seventh year a substantial break is good for us all. Spend up to two months off, exhale and refresh. We’ll hold your job. You enjoy living.

Part-time, Permanent Employees

Competitive Pay We start by providing competitive hourly pay.

We value fresh ideas, focused energy and pleasant personalities; therefore, we provide all part-time, permanent employees with a total of eight (8) paid days off.  Here’s how they break down:
Vacation Days – New part-time permanent employees receive two weeks of vacation per year. Five of those business days are paid time off, after the first full year of service.

Sick Days – Take one paid sick day per year.

Holidays – Part-time permanent employees receive the same days off as our full-time employees. We provide eight hours of pay for two of them:  Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
