Every project is different so we customize our project management methodology for the project at hand. Because we aim for measurable and repeatable results, we rely upon a body of knowledge that is recognized as a best practice standard by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Our proposal professionals subscribe to leading practices set forth in the APMP Body of Knowledge®. (APMP BOK). The APMP BOK is the proposal industry’s primary resource for industry best practices. Of course, we modify our practices to fit the needs of each response.

Often, our first call is a request to schedule a meeting. Some ask that we execute a non-disclosure agreement before the call. If so, we sign the agreement and return it.

During the call, we work to understand  needs. If we believe we’re a good fit, we provide a written firm-fixed-price quote. 

If the price point is acceptable, clients request a signed agreement. Upon payment and return of the signed agreement, we begin work.

We charge no fee, of course, to attend the meeting or prepare the offer. It’s also not necessary to schedule a meeting. To talk to someone now, call 585-465-2539.

Yes. Each of the projects we manage are planned by experienced project managers who hold a PMP® certification from Project Management Institute (PMI®).

The attorneys on our team maintain licenses to practice law in two states; however, they do not practice law for our clients.

Several of our proposal managers are APMP® certified by the Association for Proposal Management Professionals®.

Yes. We prioritize the security of your competitive responses by performing all work in Microsoft SharePoint. We stand up a new sub-site for each proposal we support. Microsoft SharePoint is an enterprise standard technology that uses multiple encryption methods, protocols, and algorithms to secure data in transit and at rest. It enables remote collaboration and facilitates document version control.

Yes. Occasionally we can and we do work onsite with our clients.

Yes, most often we work from remote locations.  It preserves time and reduces costs. When we work remotely, we manage our work in a secure technology that enables remote collaboration.

We are available to the general public from 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F, EST.  We provide extended availability to our clients, especially those in other time zones.
