Proposal Management Services

Our proposal management services are designed for winning. From the hand off at capture to the well-deserved victory party, we implement best practices for leading teams in the production of competitive government and commercial responses.

How We Do It

We offer the service of experienced professionals. Collectively, we average more than twenty years of experience leading teams through the proposal production process.

In addition to having experience, we’ve all enjoyed substantial victories. We know what winning looks like and how it feels. We know the level of planning that’s required and we understand the commitment.

Proposal Management Service

What’s Proposal Management?

Proposal management involves planning all of the proposal development activities, coordinating the efforts of the proposal team, and monitoring and controlling: quality, schedule, scope, risk, communications and sometimes, human resources. Typically, the work of proposal management begins early in the business development life cycle and it ends after the final lesson learned is documented.

At MyPM, we remain flexible about where our work begins and ends. For some clients, we augment teams and provide a specific service as needed. For others, we’re the proposal management office. For them, we lead production of every response.

Experience Matters

Proposal management requires considerable effort and often represents a substantial investment. For those investing in the service, experience should matter.

Our proposal managers bring a long history of managing complex, high-value responses. For example, members of our team have managed the development of proposals for major IDIQ contracts including: NASA SEWPV, GSA OASIS and DHS PACTS II. Highlights of their work also include managing responses to:
