We certainly don’t have all the answers, but hopefully we have the ones you need. Below, please find answers to several of our frequently asked questions. They’re arranged by topic. To view an answer, simply select the question.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We understand that selecting a vendor requires careful consideration. Sometimes, it’s easier to make an informed decision when you can engage in conversation and hear a human voice.
Regardless, we want you to have all the information you need to choose wisely and we welcome every opportunity to hear from you.
This is our most frequently asked question. Life would certainly be easier if we had one set hourly rate; but we don’t. The proposals and projects we provide services for present different levels of complexity and risk. One might require general knowledge of a professional in the field while another requires in-depth, subject matter expertise. This means we have neither a one-size-fits-all solution nor a one-size-fits-all price. If you forward a copy of the solicitation or tell us about your project, we’ll propose a solution and provide an hourly rate for implementing it. Just contact us.
Contact us and we’ll schedule a call. Do you prefer a video call? We can do that. Need to share desktops? We’ll set that up. During the call we’ll listen to your project needs and we’ll ask questions. After the call we’ll draft a proposal. Before final delivery of the proposal, we’ll review it with you to ensure we’ve tailored a solution that fits.
Every project is different so we customize our project management methodology for the project at hand. Because we aim for measurable and repeatable results, we rely upon a body of knowledge that is recognized as a best practice standard by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). See (ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008). See our project management methodology.
Our proposal professionals subscribe to best practices set forth in the APMP Body of Knowledge®. (APMP BOK). The APMP BOK is the proposal industry’s primary resource for industry best practices. Along the entire business development life cycle, our methodologies vary to fit the needs of each client we serve.
Often, our first call is a request to schedule a meeting. Some ask that we execute a non-disclosure agreement before the call. If so, we sign the agreement and return it.
During the call, we work to understand your needs. If we believe we’re a good fit, we send you a written offer with a price quote. The offer outlines our understanding of the goals and it describes the services we’ll perform.
Before delivering the proposal, we review it with you to ensure we’ve reached a meeting of the minds. Clients accept our offers by signing and returning them. When we received the signed offer and any contingency items, we begin work.
We charge no fee, of course, to attend the meeting or prepare the offer. It’s also not necessary to schedule a meeting. To talk to someone now, call 859-779-0817.
We don’t mind at all. Please do contact us. Most things aren’t so black and white. If we’re not a good fit, we’ll help you find someone that is.

Yes, we have managed many projects from remote locations. Remote project management is not the best fit for all projects, but it’s an excellent fit for some. It can preserve time and reduce costs. Remote project management doesn’t have to be a black or white solution. Some activities can be performed onsite while others are performed offsite.
